The process is pretty easy if you are referring to blocking a number from calling your cell phone and you have AT&T wireless. AT&T offers a service , that costs about $5 per month, called Parental Controls lets you limit who can call or text your number by blocking or allowing only certain numbers to contact you.

It depends on your carrier and the type of phone you have. Most cell phone carriers do not allow number blocking for specific numbers.

Thats very dependent on what service provider you are using, but I would just call customer service and explain that you want a number blocked.

The only way to block a phone number from calling you is to ask your phone company if they have the service that allows you to block a phone number if they do you need to add the service to your line and follow the directions to add a number to the numbers you do not want to answer.
