Ruby Red is a version of pokemon, not an actual item. It is the remake of Red version, rather then an item in a version of Pokemon. Easy mistake to make.
There is nothing called a "Ruby Red" in the Pokemon games. There is a Pokemon Ruby version (game), or a Ruby item in Mt. Ember in FireRed and LeafGreen.
