How do you get the gloves in GTA 4?

Sadly There are no gloves in GTA4. They are only in the promotional ads. They did put them in the pc version of the game. And to get them all you have to do is kill all 200 flying rats or pigeons to get those ultra rare gloves good luck!

everything depends on what type of game console you have. Every console/PC has different tasks/cheats so you may want to experiment. The biggest rumor that I heard of is that you look on the hand holding the book on the statue of happiness. I heard there are no gloves at all. However, keep researching. I hope this at least helps.

According to Rockstar Games, in order to get the gloves, you have to kill all 200 Flying Rats to get the gloves.
