The best stock tips come only from people who pay close attention to specific companies (or are part of them.) Most free tips are people trying to inflate stocks.

You can get stock tips anywhere and from anybody. Everyone has an opinion. Are they reliable? Maybe. Maybe not. If anyone actually knows what's going to happen it's probably based on inside information, and trading on that is illegal. Everyone else is making a buck on the transaction.
