Normally any working Antivirus should be about to get rid of it. If you need one Avast! is a good free antivirus.

Use a free antispyware program such as superantispyware or malwarebytes. Scan and remove any found viruses/malware. Disable startup processs and services that relate to the av2009 virus.

My first advise is to google for information about this virus, usually you need to run a good antivirus software like Avira in safe-mode, and then i recomend using a malware removal tool like Malwarebytes. Depending on the ammount of information on that virus, you may need to edit the registry and eliminate some files manually aswell.

Get a good antivirus software. Many of the are free, so don't worry about expenses. I would recomment avast - it is the best one I've encountered so far, and you can get it's lecense for free as well.
