Unless you groom your cat and keep catching the skin tags in the clippers, it's best to leave them alone. If they bother you cosmetically you can have them removed by a vet. They are just something that happens as a cat ages, so it's not anything to worry about.

May sound crazy but you can take a strand of your hair and tie it around the skin tag. It will fall off. Helps for people too.
