You can get hemorrhiods removed surgicaly if they get that bad. I would try some over te counter medicine such as preperation h.

Use a product like Preparation H, or go the natural route and try an herbal compress. Seep a tablespoon of arnica in two cups of water and apply to hemorrhoids.

You can also talk with your health care provider about elective surgery to take care of the troublesome hemorrhoids.

Blot the infected area after a shower, and try to sit on soft cushions to avoid long term pressure on the infection.
