If she has lied about you, instead of lying about her (and risking defamation lawsuits or your family considering you are liar), reveal something personally embarrassing about her to those she lied to about you. If she stole a boyfriend, invite him to meet the family then show embarrassing toddler and baby photos of her.

Really depends on how far you are willing to go to get revenge on your sister. You could always hit where it hurts the most, sleep with her boyfriend/husband.
