Some Cell Phone Carriers offer free ring tones for download, if they dont you will have to find a website online to send free ring tones to your cell phone. You can also hook a data cable from your computer to your phone and send ring tones that way.

Well yes you can. I know of certain websites where you can download ringtones according to your phone. They can be downloaded to your phone directly or you could also download them to your Personal computer or laptop and then transfer them to your phone through the data cable or Bluetooth.
