How do you get closer to quiet people?

I will voluntarily go and talk with them even though they are not interested. I will find out that in what they are having interest and then will move like that, this is for impress them and also will take care of them well…...

The way to get closer to a quiet people is to say "hi" to them and to introduce yourself to them.
