In Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, you can get Munchlax from sweet honey trees. As for HeartGold and SoulSilver you must breed a Snorlax, or catch it on the Pokewalker.

In Pokemon, you can get a Munchlax by breeding a Snorlax with a ditto. If you don't have a ditto, you can breed a Snorlax with another Snorlax or a male Bidoof with a female Snorlax. If that doesn't work, you can trade a Munchlax using the Nintendo DS Wi-fi

Munchlax is found in honey trees in Diamond/Pearl, or you can migrate a Snorlax and breed it while holding a Full Incense. They can also be caught on the Pokewalker.

The easiest way to get munchlax is to get a female and a male snorlax holding the full incense, put them in the daycare, then hatch the egg.

You can get a Munchlax by breeding a Snorlax while it's holding the item Full Incense. You can also get munchlax through putting Sweet Honey on trees, or the pokewalker. The two routes where you can find Munchlax in the pokewalker are Quiet Cave and Winner's Path.
