If your legal age and there is nothing stopping you from getting one like tickets that caused a suspension of you license , just go down and take the test, make sure you know the traffic laws first though. you'll have to pay a fee too.

you first need to take the written test for your state to get a permit. then you practice and take the road test to get your license, at the dmv

Well you will have to write the knowledge test. Writing the knowledge test will help you succeed. Then you will have to go for a driving examination. They will take you on the highway and you will need to know how to merge. Also, just practice all sorts of driving tactics.

You will need to contact the Missouri Department of Highway patrol, and schedule to take your sign test and set up a date for your driving test.
