If there is no ongoing criminal investigation, call the County Coroner and ask how to obtain a copy. Your child's physician can probably request it as well.

To get a copy of your child's autopsy, you need to go to the police station and prove to them that you're the child's legal guardian. It would be helpful if one of them would go with you to the coroner's office. If not though, they may refer you directly to the coroner that has your child's body.
