To flirt is to open up an opportunity for the person you are flirting with to hang out with you and to drop hints that you like the person. You can compliment them in subtle ways (Nice dress!) or joke around. Only do it to one person at a time.

Flirting is an art in itself. Each person is different, so are the tactics of flirting. To start with, you need to understand the other person's character. You should not make the person on the other side understand your intentions and anchor your conversation accordingly.
