Sillcocks are nothing more than pressure regulated Hose Bibs. If the sillcock itself burst, you'll need to replace the whole unit. If the pipe behind burst, you'll need to do a more complicated repair. The unit itself can either be soldered in, or threaded. It may be possible to rebuild the unit, but is often better to replace it.
