Without specifics it's tough to know the problem, but using google with a description of your problem would help, and your library should have good books on appliance repair.

You could go to school to learn how to fix one, unless you can't afford that either. If you cannot afford to pay a repair person, then you should probably forget about having a refrigerator at all since you probably can't even afford to fill the refrigerator with food. Some people in another countries don't even have a refrigerator.
