usually a leaky bathtub faucet is the result of wearing down of the washers. You will need to remove the handles to determine what size washer you will need then go to a home improvement or hardware store and get a washer that size go home, replace the worn out washer put the handles back on and you are done

Turn water supply to bath tub off.Remove the handle and detetmine which size washer will be needed to replace worn washer.Remove old washer , replace new.Replace handle and tighten screws.
