Spring water is recommended for the African water frog's tank. But is it OK to use 'aged' water?

Aged water is water that has sat in a container for a few days to allow the chlorine or other chemicals evaporate.

Chlorine does not evaporate. It will eventually neutralize, but you still need to check the pH of the water before you subject frogs to it.

Aged water could be used if you can not get spring water. However, it is reccomended to used spring water. If you want to look after the health of your frog I would use spring water. This will ensure that your frog has the best, longest, healiest life that is possible.
