It is easy to draw. Just pay attention to characters when you are reading manga and try to copy it. Then try to create your own characters. It just takes some practice. Also there's some tutorials on internet.

I would draw a Manga character by thinking of unique qualities I would want them to have. I would use funky hairstyles and lots of shading. Their facial features will stand out using the harsh lines and shapes. the colors will be bold and patterns will show throughout the clothing. try to be original!

All Manga, regardless of type, are extremely character driven. There is no story without your main character. Once that is decided, you may begin sketching.
