Gesture drawing are done very quickly and very loosely. Gesture drawing have a lot to do with lines and quick observations. Motion in a gesture drawing tends to come out simply by the mark making done within the piece. The quickly placed marks give an effect of movement. Also try using imprinting to create movement.
