1. Draw an oval (face). 2. Draw 2 triangle on top (ears). 3. Draw a triangle pointing down at center of your oval (nose). 4. Draw 2 arcs below nose (mouth). 5. Draw 3 whiskers each side of nose. 6. Draw 2 small circles for eyes. done.

Start with a circle for the head. Connect that to different sized ovals for the body and legs. Add a tail and whiskers, and Voila!
