How do you do rag rug weaving?

I really want to learn this technique.

Take some fabric and cut into long strips, sew the ends of some strips together to make them longer. Now you can either tie three strips together and braid them or crochet the strips into an oval shape and keep going around. You will need to sew by hand some of the strips into place to make the rug.
