How do you do abdominal sidewinder crunchers?

I need to know how to do abdominal sidewinder crunches.

Lie down with your knees pulled up. Then you put your arms up with your elbows bent, and place your hands behind your head. Then you touch your elbow to the opposite knee and each time you do a repetiton of the exercise, you alternate. For example, bring your left elbow to your right knee for a singe repetition.

Abdominal sidewinder crunchers are like normal situps, except that you will turn your body to the left and right (elbows touching opposite knees).

Do your crunches as usual, but instead of having your feet on the ground, your legs remain bent in the same fashion but in the air & twisted to your side.
