How do you do a 360 on a BMX bike?

I just got a BMX bike.

Start off with a 180, and when you get that rotation down, then try to pull of the 360. The trick is to load all your weight on one side, and spring it off with a spinning motion all at the peak of your jump.

BMX bikes are designed to do this stunt because they have footrests on the front wheel all you got to do is pick up moderate speed then jam the front brakes and rest one foot on the footrest in the front wheel and turn the bike to do a 360

First you need to learn to bunny hop. This is done by pulling your front wheel off the ground and allowing the momentum to pull your back wheel off as well. Once this is mastered, and you can get enough air, you must quickly jerk the bike in a circular motion and land facing forward.

The first thing is to get you bunny hop dialed in. Once you get that nailed then you should start working on your rotation. Doing 180 until you feel comfortable spinning 360 degrees.

Tkae your bike and pick up just alittle bit of speed, maybe four six miles per hour. Atempt to pull of an ollie and twist the bike while in mid-air.
