Yes, there is an actual blue book all you have to do is type kelly's blue book in google. Fill in all of your vehicles criteria in the drop down boxes. You must list the condition it's in, features it has ect. From there the site will give you the respected value of your car.

The term blue book actually comes from Kelly Blue Book, which is a yearly published physical book. However, rather than getting this book, they have a website at www(dot)kbb(dot)com. Go there and enter your car's make, model, and year to get its blue book value. You can also check depreciation by factors such as distance.

When someone refers to the blue book value of a car they are referring to Kelly's blue book. It is a pricing guide like the NADA guide that gives the value of a car based on it it's condition and options. I believe there ir a printed version but the information can also be found on their website.

There are online and printed book pricing guides available for new and used vehicles. The two most common ones are Kelly's Blue Book and the N.A.D.A. Guide(black book).
