What you need to do is go into internet options from the control panel then you will see an area where you can delete cookies and temporary internet files. You should try and do this every day once you are done using the internet.

There are a few ways to do this the fastest way is to go to the internet options in Internet Explorer and delete them. Another option is to download a program like AdAware or similar and scan for and remove them. Your last option is to simply locate the cookie folder on the hardrive and delete it's contents.
