How do you deal with controlling men?

Well, its probably easier just to not date them in the first place. But sometimes you can make them realize they're being quite unreasonable making silly demands of you and trying to control what you do and who you hang out with, etc.

Controlling men can often force someone to feel pressured and secluded from the freedoms they once had before becoming involved in a relationship. The best way to deal with a controlling man is to communicate and make things known. Communication will allow the couple to acknowledge problems and concerns before they become a serious hindrance to the relationship.
