If you are using wndows, you want to use windows media player, it comes free with windows. If you perfere apple's alternative, you can use itunes.

You can use a wide variety of programs for this. iTunes will work just fine and it's compatible with Macs and PCs. You can also use Windows Media Player if you prefer the one that comes with PCs or a variety of other programs. Usually if you put a CD in the computer, some program will pop up to help.
