Boil a pot of water with a teaspoon of seafood boil seasoning and the juice of a fresh lemon. Cut rubber bands from the claws of a live lobster and place head first into the pot. Boil for 15 minutes or until the lobster turns bright red. Lobsters are done when they are a bright red color.
Fill your largest kettle with water, add salt until water tastes salty, bring to a boil, put lobster in, watch until lobster turns uniformly red, remove & drain and enjoy.
Lobsters can be steamed or grilled. Make sure they are live and sedated or freshly killed before cooking. Steam them over the stove or grill them until the shell is bright red.
