How do cook frozen lobster?

I want to fix lobster for a special dinner.

First of all, take the lobster and let it to defrost. Than, put it in a pot with water and 4-5 pieces of lemon and let it there until water is boiling. Take it out, and fry the lobster meat in a frying pan with a little bit of olive oil and rosemary until it gets a little crispy.

The lobster should first be thawed by leaving in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours or more. Then you can proceed with cooking the lobster as planned.

Let the lobster thaw for 24 hours. Bring 4-5 cups of water to a boil, lobster turns red and flesh turns white. Steam 1 to 1 1/2 mins per ounce.

About a day before you want to cook it, take the frozen lobster and stick it in the fridge to thaw. You can then substitute the thawed lobster for fresh.

i take the lobster out of the freezer and drop it in the hot boiling water for 5 10 minutes till done
