you need to buy a USB capture card to connect the two pieces of hardware. These can be found on Amazon from as little as $10 and consist of a USB male connector wired to the same kind of female RGB plugs you find on the front of your TV. The included software has everything you need to get started.

Purchase a PSX to a USB, meaning that you plug the ps2 controller into the device, then plug the device into the usb port. Can be found at a Radioshack

Man.. You cant connect the play station 2 at a personal computer. The only thing you can do is to connect your play station 2 at the monitor. At least you cant connect the play station 2 with a HDMI cable to a full High Definiton monitor (1080). You can connect it with a vga cable to a normal monitor.

Many companies sell adapters online that will allow you to connect Playstation 2 controllers to a PC using USB. Many of them are very inexpensive. Under $10 in some cases.

It is not possible to connect your PS2 to your personal computer and use it from there, very sorry about that.

The network adapter for the PS2 could connect it to a pc. Although I don't think that the two would communicate with each other so there is no point.

There are a few ways. Most newer ps2's have an Ethernet cable hook up in the back of the unit. This is the most direct way to connect to your PC.
