How do you clear a printer jam?

Most of the time, clearing a paper jam is as easy as pulling the paper back out from where it goes in to the feeder. Check where you insert the paper, it's likely that's where you'll fix the problem. Otherwise, open up the lid and check inside for small bits.

The first thing you need to do is determine which area contains the jam. It is is a fairly simple printer, you can normally lift the top portion of the printer where you would have placed your print cartridge. Remove the print cartride. Once you see the paper, reach in and gently removed. Close the door and continue.
