Lightly sand with fine-grit sandpaper to remove any remaining paint, then wipe with a tac cloth. If you seem to have a lost of sticky residue from the paint remover, try using TSP (but follow the directions carefully, including using gloves and rinsing well).

Woodwork is pretty tough stuff to clean,I'm wondering if you mean dust that has built up or if you want to prep it for enameling or repainting. So,Dust is easy, use a thin wide paintbrush, this will help you get all the junk out from the little tiny area's.then use a wood soap to clean it up.Prep for re paint, sanding it works.

After the paint has been stripped from the wood, it should be very clean and free of oaint, oil and dirt. You might go over the woodwork with a fine grade sandpaper to remove any trace residue. Work along the grain of the wood. Use a special tool to get into narrow spots or tight areas.

After you strip the paint off the woodwork use a sander or a sheet of sand paper to smooth the wood out and remove any extra paint chips. After you do that you will be able to repaint the wood or stain it.

You clean it with paint solvent basically, after you use a solution especially designed to clean wood, especially natural one, which has all its pores opened and absorbs any chemical pretty easy.
