Scrub with gloves on, bleach and water or hot water soap and detergent(without ammonia). Make sure to rinse the area with clean water and dry thoroughly!

If the area is small enough, you can use a bleach product. If the area is larger, you would need to bring in a company that specializes in mold remediation.

Well to kill the mold you will have to use bleach or some other strong cleaner and clean everything. You might have to clean everything twice just to be sure you killed all of the mold. Some materials may need to be replace if it can't be cleaned.

You will probably need to protect or remove the contents of the house, and hire professionals to clean it. It is probably dangerous to do this yourself, especially without mask.
