How do you choose a career?

Hopefully, your life experiences, exposure and reading will lead you to a field that is of interest. Money should not matter as much as passion: what fascinates you, intrigues you, makes you want to know more? College exposes us to lots of possibilities, as does travel and reading.

Ask yourself what interests you. If you do not have any idea how to make money in that arena, get creative and read up a bit on what people have done in the past with similar backgrounds. Diligence and enthusiasm will ensures success, longevity, and fulfillment from your career.

To choose a career, find something you like, and then figure out how you can make money doing it. If not, make money doing something you're good at.

Look at the things you enjoy doing--subjects you liked at school, things you like to do in your free time. Volunteer. Explore university options.
