If you don't have a fuel pressure gauge it might be worthwhile getting one. Most of the time it requires a specific pressure tool that mounts into the fuel lines of the car which will then give you the fuel pressure at any given moment. Ask a mechanic friend if they have one.

Check the pump's voltage supply and electrical connections first.Replace the pump's check valve if required.Check if the plastic baffle that connects the pump and fuel pump hard line if failed because it results in fuel rail line presuure loss.

I believe you can check the pressure by looking at the gauge in side of the car then you will check an see if the gas meter is broke or you just have no gas
