If someone has told you to change the blinker fluid, they are trying to insult your intelligence. There is no such thing as blinker fluid. This is completely made up and untrue. The next thing they might tell you is to "rotate the air in your tires". Run.. run far from anyone like this trying to fix your car.

First, loosen the power band. Then drain the fluid from each blinker starting from the right rear (farthest from the steering wheel). Remove the 710 cap and refill.

Ok. First things first. If you believe there is such a thing as "Blinker Fluid" you've been hit in the head too many times. There is nothing like it. Blinkers are light bulbs that blink and require no fluids. Asking where you fill that would be like asking where you can find a cellar door hing for a boat.

There is no fluid that needs to be replaced for your blinkers. Washer fluid is simply open and pour in new fluid.
