How do you change a belt on a John Deere Sabre?

Pull the deck height lever highest setting. Unscrew three pins under engine. Slip belt off. Set deck to lowest setting unscrew four bolts holding pulley shroud to deck. Slip belt off. Slip new belt on replace deck pulley shrouds . Raise deck slip belt over pulley tighten pins

First pop the hood. you have to use a socket wrench and adjustable wrench to loosen belt. Than slip belt off of guides.

You change it the same way you would on any other john deere tractor. Remove the old belt and put in the new one.
