Care of a lionhead rabbit is no different to that of any other rabbit. Although they do love lots of attention and love. They need fresh food and water daily and a secure cage. They adore to be handled and petted, the more attention they receive the sweeter pets they become.
Feed and water your rabbit as needed. About once or twice a week, depending on the mess the bunny makes, you will need to clean the bedding. Comb your rabbit too.
Becausev the "Lionhead" is a relatively new breed they are somewhat more sensitive to disease then hardier rabbits. Be cautious about letting your lionhead become too cold. Provide extra hay if they are outdoors, or even indoors in a cooler home. I gave ours a children's multivitamin daily!
Regular grooming is needed, which includes daily brushing and regular nail trimming. Their diet should be rabbit pellets and Timothy hay, include fresh produce like lettuce, apples, bananas, etc.
