How do you build a smoker?

I made one with two of those disposable aluminum basting pans. Take on and poke holes in the bottom. Pour hot coals into the pan without holes. Place that pan with holes on top of the coles. Put in your turkey, cover with aluminum foil. This will smoke the turkey.

You would need a trash can. then you would need a ht plate, as well as a chip box and wood chips. you would also need a grating to put above the wood chips for when they start to smoke, and a lid for the food.
