The best way would be to communicate more. This can take place by having more meetings and making people participate. Bosses speaking to their workers more personally would help.

To break down business communication barriers, you should not be afraid to raise your hand and put forward your ideas. Although you may be intimated by those who you work with, you will never know their opinions on your ideas unless you communicate them. Great minds think alike and you'll come up with amazing ideas if you collaborate.
