A course in organizational communication would include disciplines of a varying nature including the study of intercultural communication, organizational psychology, conflict, relationships and technology. Additional subjects could include the roles of moral code and ethics in management decisions and the study of how culture is created, influenced and maintained in any organization

Organizational communication is a bunch of fancy words for telling people what to do. As a business major, you are expected to do business, and part of doing business is making sure people do what they are supposed to do.
