In order to block your phone number from apearing on the receiver's caller Id box, you must dal x67 and then the number which you would like to call.

You can use *67 if you have it on your phone service to block it. This will cause the id to show up as either private, blocked, or unavailable.

You can either block it temporarily or permanently. Your first option is to call your phone company and tell them you would like to block your number to all outgoing calls. There may be a fee for this. Your second option is to dial *67.
