Most men will realize that you are interested if you show the slightest sign, such as asking if they have a girlfriend. If you need an easy lead-in, ask him what movies he likes, or about a recent movie that perhaps he has not seen. Suggest that you see it together. If he is interested, this should work.

Make yourself be noticed by introducing yourself then when you see him say hi to him by name. If he is interested you will know it then ask him out.
