If you are using liquid eye liner, be careful with application as it can give you a "hard" look. Start from outside of eye and work your way inwards with gentle, small strokes. It's easier to start with a pencil eyeliner. It's easier to control and the line is not so solid. Application is the same as with liquid.

If you have a hard time with eye liners, try the liquid pencils , they go on smoother. Then close one eyes at at time. Start at the inside corner, tracing the very edge of the lid to the outside corner. Do the same thing under your bottom lashes.

Stay as close to your lower lash line as possible. If you can't get it on your lash line, it should be above, not below.

The best way to apply eye liner is to line eye from the inside of the eyelashes outward in one big sweep.

First pull on the skin below your eye to reveal the lower lip, put your eyeliner on an angle and move it across until the color has shown completely.
