How do you apologize to your girlfriend?

If you've done something that you need to say sorry about then flowers or any other gift just won't cut it. No matter what you buy her she's not going to be okay with your apology. Just sit down in person and tell her that you are sorry for what you did. Just make sure that you MEAN it.

A relatively minor offense would require an apology that acknowledges how your behavior probably made her feel and your heartfelt determination not to fail in this way again. A serious offense requires admission of guilt, a sincere apology, and the admission that you understand that she might not want to be your girlfriend. You hope she will forgive.

Be honest and up front with her. Just look at her sincerely and tell how deeply sorry you are. You need to put your whole heart into it.

Your best bet is to suck it up, face the music and say you're sorry. No ifs, ands or buts. That's the only thing that's ever worked for me.
