You don't add a wall to Facebook. The main part of your profile page that other Facebook users see is your "wall". That is the place in the middle of the page where your friends can post messages to you, or you can post messages on other people's "wall". It is an automatic feature.

When you sign up for a Facebook account, you are automatically given a wall and do not need to add anything. To access your wall or the wall of your friends, click on the profile you want to see and then click on the wall tab at the top of the screen.

You do not need to add a wall to facebook. Once you join and become a member of facebook, the wall will be a part of your account. There's nothing you must do but join.

On facebook, you don't add walls. Walls are assigned per member, so other people can write stuff on it. In a sense, it's your personal page where people can leave public comments or messages.

When you sign up for facebook, you already have a wall. Basically that is when someone goes to your lookup and leaves a comment for you. You can do the same by going to a friend's profile and leaving a comment.

Facebook automatically adds the wall feature to your profile. It is possible to turn off the availability of this feature by changing your privacy settings.
