You should write a letter stating that you look forward to starting on the agreed date, at the agreed salary or hourly wage, and mail it to the hiring manager.

In order to accept a job offer in writing you must submit a written letter to the company. In the letter you should state that you have received a job offer in the mail and that you are writing to them to accept the offer for whatver job you were offered.
