How do I use head straps for neck exercises?

You must first start with proper stretching for your neck. Stretching your neck in a relaxed manner, move head forwards, to the right side, back, and then to the left side. Repeat this at least ten times. Place the head straps on, with the weights secured on, move head downward slowly and back up using your head and neck muscles.

It depends on muscles you intend to work out. Nonetheless, when you decide to work out your neck muscles then the first detail you should pay attention to is the way that the head straps are placed on the head. It must be comfortable and avoid the risk of damages. Other than that, just exercise away.

Attach weights to a chain (make sure the weights are safely attached). Stand or sit with feet shoulder width apart. Put your head into the head strap and move your head against the resistance.
