On all of the bills there is a key or legend at the very bottom or at the top of the listing for what each thing is. The actual bill portion is cryptic though and Verizon will have to decipher that.
You can check your bill online, there is a key you can find online that will help you to figure out what certain abbreviations mean. If you are still having trouble, call the billing department for help.
